We offer on-site garage parking for $100 a month per car. 

Yes, The Waterford at Rocketts Landing is pet-friendly. We have no breed restrictions. Residents are allowed up to 2 pets.
Pet Rent is $35 per month for one pet and $50 per month for two pets. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second. 

We do not offer furnished apartments. 

The Waterford Apartments at Rocketts Landing offers residents access to a package room equipped with package lockers to ensure their package is secured on-site.

Yes, all residents are required to pay renter's insurance, our trash rate of $15, and parking if elected. 

The Waterford at Rocketts Landing Apartments offers 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in Richmond, VA. To view current availability, please visit our Floor Plans page.

We do not include any utilities in the rent. The resident pays for electric usage, water/sewer (Rubs system), $15 per month for trash removal, and $100 per month for garage parking for one car.

PRG Real Estate and The Waterford Apartments require all residents to maintain liability insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 throughout their lease term. You may use an insurance provider of your choosing, or you can utilize our preferred provider, Assurant, and it will be added directly to your monthly rent. Our POL renter's insurance is only $14.50 a month. 

We welcome all guests to our community. While your guest is here, we ask that you plan by reserving a parking space in advance. Please contact the leasing office if you plan to have any longer-term guests. 

No, The Waterford Apartments at Rocketts Landing does not allow you to sublease your apartment.

We currently offer lease terms from 9 to 15 months. 

We are excited that you have decided to move in! During move-in, you will pay pro-rated rent, an $50 application fee, a security deposit of $350  up to 1-month rent, and pro-rated fees (pet, parking, trash). At approval, our leasing team will ensure to send you your personalized breakdown. 

Payments can be made online using our resident portal or through the RentCafe app.
